ok i just found out in december that i am preggers.... and was wondering which pedeatricions are around here that tricare accepts and do a good job with kids? any good ones and which should i stay away from? 

When you sign the baby up with Tricare they'll tell you all the Pediatricians available so you can choose one. I can't tell you who is "good" or who to "stay away from" because I chose to take my girls to FP at the NH. We all 3 see the same NP there and I'm very happy with the care she provides. 

My kids go to Sea Island Pediatrics and we like it. They are very supportive of breastfeeding mothers and the nurses are wonderful 

We go to Sea Island Peds, too! We love all the Doctors there, and they're always available, whenever you need them. 

I go to Beaufort peds on Riubaut road, it is across from the hospital, and my primary is Dr Floyd and I LOVE him. I am an RN at the hospital and I have never hears any bad things about Beaufort peds in addition to being a client. Call to see if they accept tricare, but I think they do. 

I take my son to Sea Island Peds, too. He's 16 months old and we've always went there. I love it!! Definitely recommend. The staff is very friendly and the doctors are great!
